ASPECTS OF WORKER SATISFACTION AND DISSATISFACTION:
LABOR ADEQUATION FOR THE HUMANIZATION OF WORK

The relationship between man and work is usually conflicted. At the same time that work is essential to human life, it is also seen as a source of torture, suffering and the cause of pathologies. In this tuning fork, several approaches have emerged that seek to understand the human psiqué and its influence on work activity and vice versa, among which are those related to motivation and quality of working life (QWL). Based on studies by Karl Marx, Dejours and managerial models such as Hackman, this article analyzes the relationship between work and the individual, their personal needs, the theme of job satisfaction and dissatisfaction and the factors that contribute to the quality at work. It seeks to bring a reflection on some aspects of the productive and business models adopted in societies, in order to highlight the need for the humanization of work, even as a factor for the preservation of the physical, mental and emotional health of workers.
