Abstract

The digital transformation that has taken place in the world in recent decades continues to affect all spheres of society, including the different branches and levels of public administration. The natural consequence of this process was, on the one hand, increasing availability of data for use and, on the other, a significant increase in the need to use them in favor of improving the provision of services, both in the public sphere or in private. At the Labor Inspection in Brazil, this process did not pass unnoticed, and several initiatives began to take shape. However, a large amount of data needs to be meticulously organized so that it can be helpful and perform the usefulness expected from it. In this vein, the Pool of Features Project represents this effort to bring, to the IT environment of the Labor Inspection in a structured way, data from external sources that can contribute to improving the quality of the provision of the public service carried out by the Labor Inspectorate and promote the process of action based on fiscal intelligence.
