A EDUCAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA E A HEUTAGOGIA COMO VETORES DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DA INSPEÇÃO DO TRABALHO

Abstract

This article analyzes e-learning within the scope of the Brazilian public sector. Then, it seeks to examine the application of the e-learning to Labor Inspection in Brazil, among which the national and international standards on the subject stand out. Furthermore, the history of e-learning in Labor Inspection and the evolution of its policies are analyzed. Afterwards, heutagogy and the benefits of its application are studied within the scope of the National School of Labor Inspection, as a strategy to improve its teaching capability. Finally, it is suggested the practical adoption of one of the technologies of education consistent in the learning trails, as a way of promoting heutagogy.
