A PROPOSAL FOR LABOUR INSPECTORATE

Abstract

This article presents a proposal for a logical model to systematize a way to create, program, implement and monitor the programs, projects and actions of the labour inspectorate in Brazil in order to make managers and labour inspectors have a clear vision of all phases of action and contribute to making decisions based on evidence. It is based on the logical model developed by technicians from the Institute of Applied Economic Research (Ipea) adapted to the reality of the labor inspectorate through the aggregation of other elements: ILO Approach to Strategic Compliance Planning for labour Inspectorates, the approach of a theory of change by results chain, and theoretical references for the conceptualization and construction of indicators.
